The inner character of the group always is focused on cultural and social responsibility. We are an endurance group composed of citizens that love our city. We have created an Adult & High school Endurance + Multi-sport Development Program that advances athletes to new limits, inspires communities, and enacts socio-cultural & economic change. We must engage & challenge organizational culture of governing bodies within the sport and leadership and consider the entire ecosystem of touch-points to increase enrollment of People of Color (athletes, coaches & race directors), maintain brand equity, and elevate performance bridging the gap between recreational and elite athletes.
